Hiring Experienced PHP/mySQL/AJAX Developers

I have been really tied up finding key staff for some really exciting projects that use the web is some really cool ways. If anyone looking for contract work matches the following specification please let me know.
LAMP programmer
- 3+ years PHP/mySQL.
- 1+ years Asynchronous Javascript and XML (AJAX)
- You must be familiar with RSS (real simple syndication) and specifically parsing RSS feed data.
- You must be familiar with complex SQL sorting involving massive sets of data.
- You must be able to work through problems of scale so that a web application can handle thousands of simultaneous connections.
- You must be able to properly separate layout and function.
- You will know that concise error trapping, application flow and object oriented design are NOT after thoughts.
- You must be able to demonstrate a project you have taken to completion showcasing these skills.
If you are interested and can demonstrate you have the skillz I will show you a product spec complete with diagrams and graphic mockups. You will need to have 60 days set aside to work on this full time and be available during a product roll out.
